I am always ready to teach,perform and express music to my students.i started music as a church drummer,from there I moved to the piano and singing in 2003 I decided to take music professionally so I enrolled for music theory and practical on piano at Muson school of music.After then I started performing as an artist and a full time musician,I built my Audio recording studio in 2008 and started recording for other musicians and my self ,I was privileged to work with more than 500 musicians all over the world.2011 I enrolled on an online school to learn mixing and mastering audio engineering.So with more than 15 Years of experience as a musician,instrumentalist and a sound engineer I can teach a beginner up to a professional level.
My teaching experience started when I became a choir Director in my church in 2000,I love to teach different harmonies for different vocal ranges plus I will teach them with the solfa notations which is the music notes.i remember some of the choristers where tone deaf but I always love to take it slow and steady with them eventually they all got better and I was fulfilled.its always fun and conducive in my classes because I always make it look easy and not stressful.i always tell my students that the only way you can be better is daily practice and dedication.
My method of teaching is that I always start from the theoretical part of every instrument or skill I teach because if they don’t have the background understanding they will be limited in their performances. I motivate by telling them my story how I started with no instrument I used borrow a two octaves keyboard from a choir member just to learn the piano my self I had no internet and no money so if I was able to learn in that condition they can do better.I teach the secrets of becoming a professional musician or music producer which one of them is consistency.
I approach teaching like nursing a baby ,u care for the baby,u feed the baby when hungry,u cover the babies body from catching cold , you teach the baby how to eat ,u hug the baby when he or she start crying, when she wants to go put her hand in the fire u stop her and tell her in advance what she’s going to experience.when she’s 18 you start to tell her to set goals and always drive hard to achieve them ,you tell her to never give up and be distracted by boys,you’d tell to always keep learning in life because the day you stop learning you start dying.
