Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.

He has had additional lessons with Marvin Perry, Stephen Burns, and Alex Freund. As an orchestral musician, Moore has performed with the Jackson Symphony Orchestra, Palm Beach Opera Orchestra, Balmoral Chamber Orchestra, Opera McGill, and the Psallos Chamber Orchestra. With Psallos, he recorded and premiered its two major works: Romans and Hebrews. As an active soloist, Joseph has been featured with high school and collegiate orchestras and wind ensembles, including the Jackson Symphony Youth Orchestra, Union University Symphony Orchestra, and the Union University Symphonic Band. I am currently 25 years old living and making a living playing music in Chattanooga TN. I grew up playing trumpet from 10 through college and studied with several teachers through high school and college. I started playing bass and piano over the pandemic and currently perform primarily on bass. I generally use a method book for teaching band or orchestral private students. I also use other resources depending on the needs of the student. I always ask my students what they want to achieve and base my teaching on those goals. ( Of course, I provide guidance in making some of those goals!) For guitar,keyboards, bass and drums, I use method books, but also I teach students how to read "chord charts" or lead sheets. Read More

Fostering the interest in music into a passion within my students is the ideal teaching situation. This is why I place importance on listening to the student's goals to make decisions for certain parts of the curriculum. There are technical and theoretical skills that must be learned, but the students have some choices in materials.
