Instruments: Piano, Voice, Trumpet, French Horn

I have been involved in music lessons ever since second grade. I began with piano lessons, and then over the years have taken voice, trumpet, guitar, and french horn. Instruments: Voice, Trumpet, Drums, Music, Keyboard

My approach to teaching is something that I take very serious. I believe in being the best not being number #1. I love music and want to work with musicians who want to get better and take their music endeavors to the next level. I have been involved in music my entire life, starting in a percussion group and choir in elementary school. I started on the clarinet at the beginning of middle school. I have been selected and performed in multiple honor bands across my time in middle and high school, including Troy University's honor band and All State. Read More

In 2017 I graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelors Degree in Classical Guitar Performance, and a secondary focus in voice. Unlike most guitarist, you could catch me playing styles varying from Mozart to Guns N Roses at the drop of a hat. Read More

Instruments: Trumpet, Trombone, Euphonium

For complete beginners I use the usual method books used in the public schools.  As I get to know the student I tailor the lessons to their skill level and personality to teach the fundamentals.  More intermediate students I look at what they do well and areas they need to work on such as embouchure or breathing technique.  I teach theary and make sure the student learns how to read music.  More advanced students I will teach repertoire and advanced books such as Arban's Mehod book.  I will always make sure the fundamentals are taught regardless of the skill level.
