And teaching music only helps with that. My goals for my students is for them to not only survive in a musical and academic environment, but to thrive and exceed my expectations. To not become the perfect musical machine but to know enough of the basics to relate music to their everyday life. To have good memories with their peers and a time to express themselves in a healthy way. Read More

My methods are all tailored to the individual student. There’s no one method that works for everyone and defendant on what the overall results desired are, there will be an in depth analysis to determine the course of study. We will go over standard methods such as Arban, Schlossberg, James Stamp, Bill Adams, Timofei Dokshizer and various others. We may also review modern methods such as Windworks, which is a very different approach to playing then previously mentioned. Read More
