I am a graduate of National Kiev Conservatory of Music with Master Degree in both Violin Performance and Music Education. After graduation from conservatory I worked full time in the State Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine for 10 years and then another 8 years in national Kiev Opera and Ballet Theater. For students who are already in an instrumental program through school, I will start with whatever method book they are using at school, and branch off from there. Depending on the instrument, I will bring in another method book specific to that instrument book and we will also use some sort of etude book. The biggest challenge in the beginning is learning about you as a student and how you learn. Vicki is a classically trained violinist based in Cincinnati, Ohio. She believes that with proper and efficient training, anyone can reach their goals on violin playing. Her goal as an educator is to provide students with resources to further develop their musical technique with an organized mindset. For the past 7 summers, she has performed at the Emerging Artists Concert in UVM Music Hall in Burlington, Vermont.
