I started playing the violin when I was 7 years old after my mother’s passing. It was my outlet, and has continued to be my creative outlet for expressing myself in a positive light. I worked very hard to get to this point in my career, and it’s not for the faint of heart. I spent many hours practicing my craft. I studied under the most difficult, yet fantastic instructors around the area. Read More

My top priority in teaching violin is for my students to develop a love for music. This includes tailoring my teaching style dependent on the student's learning style. Typically, I like to begin my lessons with developing musical foundations (which includes scales, rhythm, and different bow and finger exercises). Although playing violin may not seem always like fun because of various challenges this instrument brings to us, I try to make lessons as more engaging as I can. Read More

My approach to teaching encapsulates a nonjudmental attitude and a clear succinct way into the gateway of information that one approaches as they progress along the path of musical learning. I value kindness, appreciation for one’s craft and effort. The key for me in all life is balance. I approach music from not just a physical standpoint applying various aspects of quantum and classical physics but also from a basic compassionate stance of what it means to be a human being living a fundamentally good human life.
