My teaching experience dates back to when I was a Junior in high school. I began teaching some group guitar classes and violin lessons. I believe that it's important to instill a love for music as that is what will keep the student practicing throughout the years. I am certified to teach the O'Connor method. A fun fiddling style of music. And also teach the essentials through classical music. I'm open to supplementing with any other songs the student would want to learn. Read More

My experience teaching the violin began in my junior year of high school in 2011; my orchestra teacher had me work with my fellow classmates by guiding sectionals, aiding them in practicing the repertoire that was played during class. When I finally signed up for professional guitar lessons, I found that there were not just many things to learn, but many things to unlearn. I went back to school to study music at Florida Southern College in Lakeland Florida where I learned Voice and String Pedagogy. After graduating, I taught in the public school system for several years and left to establish my own private studio where I had almost 30 students at one time. Read More
