Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. I attempt to identify the strengths of the individual and nurture them to build a satisfactory and most importantly satisfying foundation, from which we can build a successful long term practice. My style is light and cheery - I make the kids feel important and I acknowledge their progress regularly. I am not a knuckle-rapping teacher. Discipline comes naturally out of a love of learning and I notice when they are practicing and let them know and that induces more and continuous practicing.
