Encouraging regular practice is one of the key components I like to emphasize for younger students, as it tends to help the strudent progress and gain a passion for the instrument. If a student isn't having fun in their lessons, then I'm not doing my job! My students are encouraged to enter competitions and recitals, as well as work on composing their own material. I look forward to working with all new students! Read More

I've worked for Beacock Music, Margie's Music School, and subbed at others, as well as had many of my students for 10+ years. Read More

My love for music and teaching has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. I began teaching in middle school when my orchestra teacher asked me to help with younger students, and I immediately felt at home in that role. By high school, I was tutoring academic subjects as well, and I quickly discovered that guiding others in their learning was something I truly loved. Read More
