I work out of many books to expose my students to different methods of playing. For more advanced students, I will work with them on developing more characteristic sounds. This means lessons will be tailored to each student's interest, while still following a structured progression to help them gradually advance. All students will be guided through long tones, scales, technical studies, etudes, and solo pieces. Students at higher levels may also include orchestral excerpts.
