Every student is different. Rather than approach each of my students with a pre-existing teaching methods/style, I take the approach of catering to each of one my students specifics needs. I want my students to always feel comfortable and to tell me what they want to learn from me. I also do not believe in pushing things on my students, such as a certain musical style or genre, just because it's something I what them to learn. Read More

Going back to my first drum lesson takes us back 8 years into the year of 2012. I started teaching lessons as a casual event in my basement to local kids in my neighborhood. While this was taking place, I was not asking for any money whatsoever. Eventually, I started to build a community of well rounded musicians that were attaining success in my studio. This led me to start charging money as my studio grew to about 25 students a week at its best. Read More

Having been a working musician for 25 years, I will also teach how to approach all working situations, how to conduct yourself professionally, what to expect and not expect when you play out. I believe passing on the knowledge and experience of the working musician world is crucial for those new to performing out for the first time. Read More
