Back in Brazil I attended the Federal University of Paraiba where I got my undergraduate degree with concentration in Music Education and Cello Performance. I believe that if the student is capable of reading and learning the repertoire quickly, he or she will become much more motivated and the act of practicing will be something pleasant. I like my students to fell they practice because they like to, and not only because they have to.
