I give Suzuki violin, viola and cello lessons. I also use classical method with scales, etudes and solo pieces in my teaching as another option. With fiddle students I use Ann Wheeler method books. My piano students use Faber piano series. My Guitar students use Hal Leonard guitar method and guitar song collections. My teaching dates back to my high school years. I started as the only freshmen in the high school string orchestra and even made it as the assistant principal. As a sophomore, I was the youngest principal the orchestra had seen. At that point, I was teaching not only the younger, elementary school students but also the middle school and even other high school students privately. Not only do I teach students how to play or create music, but also how to successfully set goals and achieve them. Every musician should have a goal in mind when practicing.
