I have been a classroom teacher (elementary, middle, and high school, in addition to teaching adults computer programming) for the past twelve years. I thoroughly enjoy working with students of all ages and helping them meet their goals. I have the most experience teaching beginner students with the Suzuki method. The main focus of Dr. Suzuki’s method is teaching from a place of love and encouragement. I find this method teaches the technical fundamentals of cello playing while keeping the students progressing at rate suitable for their individual needs.
