My teaching style is based on each student's needs. Some students like to learn at a fast pace and others like to go slower. I listen carefully and ask questions, basing instruction on what creates success. My approach is to make learning fun. I am a cellist from Minnesota that has just moved back from living in New York City for the past seven years. I graduated with honors and received the Kagan Orchestral Performance award from the Aaron Copland School of Music under the tutelage of Marcy Rosen. I began my Bachelor of Music degree at New York University, studying with Clive Greensmith of the Tokyo String Quartet.
