I am an organized teacher and lessons are structured to accommodate technique development and fun solo work. Each month we will set a goal, and build a weekly plan to get you to accomplish that goal. I ask students to keep a journal of their goals and practice time focus so we can measure how we're working to our goal. As a professional pianist and singer, I have had the honor of playing the Kerrville Folk Festival, as well as Bourbon Street in New Orleans French Quarter with recording artist Michelle Shocked. I have co-written and performed alongside the multi-platinum hit songwriter, Stan Doc Penridge (of the 70s rock band, Kiss.)
