I have played many diverse styles over the years. In addition to being well known in the world of classical saxophone, where I have worked with and studied with several world famous players, I have always enjoyed playing in jazz ensembles and playing clarinet in both chamber music and symphony orchestra settings. I normally use the Standard of Excellence method books for most of my students; however, I am open minded to adjusting to each individual student's musical needs, whether it be Jazz, Classical, or whatever style music the student is focusing on. For Drummers, I prefer the Haskell Harr Method, or the Buddy Rich Method Book, as well as the Breeze Easy Method Book. I have taken methods classes on teaching band and string instruments. I have specialization in teaching clarinet and voice, as I have taken specific pedagogy courses designed on the very detailed approaches of teaching these two crafts.
