After receiving my jazz performance degree from Rutgers University in 2010, I put together a studio of several dedicated students in New Jersey while performing in the New York Metro area with ensembles ranging from big bands to funk and soul groups. I have been playing clarinet for 12 years and very passionate and motivated by music. I love working and sharing my knowledge with students. I have graduated from Florida State University with a Master of Music degree in Clarinet Performance May 2020. I have performed in Mexico, Belgium, and around the United States. I have been teaching since age 15 (1999). In addition to extensive performing experience on clarinet, I have functioned as a piano accompanist, choir member, and praise band member through the years. As noted above, I teach clarinet, saxophone, flute, and piano.
