Ibegan teaching private lessons from 2004 and tried to consistently teaching students in my home studio. I was a counselor and private lesson instructor at the OSU Flute Workshop from 2011 to 2013. Playing duets with student, learn very exciting extended techniques, and various repertoire are features I emphasize for students to help them enjoy and motivate to learn. The greatest experience from high school was being accepted to Indiana University's Saxophone Academy, a week long camp in the summer for advanced saxophonist to work with the world renown classical saxophonist Otis Murphy. I have been very successful in college as well, maintaining a 3.8 GPA, participating in many ensembles and contests, and achieving principle positions in the top music groups the university has to offer. I plan to further my education after earning my Bachelor's, hoping to earn a master and doctorate at Indiana or Michigan University. Read More
