As each student comes with his or her individual musical wants and interests, student lessons are designed to meet these needs of a particular student. While working on a degree in Psychology at Grand Valley State University in Michigan, I also studied music theory and other musical topics. I began playing bass guitar around 1978 and have played in bands, done session work and given music lessons in Michigan and the midwest ever since.
