What I like to do in my studio is, set realistic goals for the student. I use "challenges" to help students achieve their goals. And reward them when they achieve them. I like using a lot of games as well to make piano learning fun. So I teach a lot of theory aspects using games with timers, and flash cards, dry erase dices and prizes when goals are meant. Since then I have been teaching Flute and Art privately out of my home. I am presently adding to my musical knowledge by studying piano and music theory and I am also taking courses to become Suzuki certified in Flute. I love to teach children and adults flute and/or art. I feel that it is so stimulating to communicate with people and watch them improve and grow.
