I am a new music teacher currently looking for students. I recently graduated from Buffalo State with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music performance. I enjoy playing music and perfecting my craft. I find performing a great way to express my passion and emotions. I had the experience of performing at the annual jazz festival and Heritage festival that takes place every year. I typically use the Suzuki method violin books, but I can also work with Strictly Strings and Essential Elements. Depending on the natural strengths of the student, we may start with music fundamentals or jump right into violin setup and technique. I typically pair the books with exercises of my own invention meant to isolate the technique at hand for that lesson. We will integrate reading the music with the physical connection on the instrument. Read More
