I like to teach concepts through example by showing students songs and pieces related to what they're working on. I try to start from the ground up as much as possible. I am a professional trumpet player and educator. I am currently an adjunct professor at Richard Stockton University in New Jersey where I teach trumpet and coach a small jazz ensemble.
