My saxophone students can expect a systematic approach toward learning. Learning the basics is vital; approaching music as a science is important to produce optimal learning outcomes. I provide a cloud drive. I give homework assignments, My method is about pushing the student to be as great as desired. My method can produce great players - My style is about progress, not just picking up the horn and wailing away, but utilizing the time efficiently. Read More

Depending on the individual needs goals of each student, I will customize lesson plans on a week-to-week basis. If there are no immediate goals for my students, I prefer to focus on classical technique and tone exercises that I compile through a variety of method books for each woodwind instrument. This includes but is not limited to: Moyse, Kroepsch, Baermann, Ferling, Shaw, Filas, Lacour, and many others. Classical technique is boring however, and I also believe that it should be applied towards learning real music that I will tailor to each student! Read More
Instruments: Cello
I am a classically trained cellist and a winner of many awards. I have performed solo, chamber, and orchestra concerts throughout the US. My erformances in New York City include Carnegie Hall, Weill Recital Hall, Steinway Hall, Cami Hall, Zankel Hall, The Open Center, The Tibetan House, and Avery Fisher Hall. My work with cello students of various abilities and performance-related injuries has inspired me to develop the Energy Efficient Cello Technique that helped many students play the cello with ease and pain-free. Instruments: Guitar Acoustic Guitar
For begginers, being adults or children, I always start with a set of easier musics that don't include very hard chords, but that may interest the person in what they're doing. The only difference between the children and the adult would be the guitar size and the amount of practicing and how often they need to practice. The key point is to have fun during the lessons to stimulate practicing every so often so that no matter how hard the songs are they can do it. Read More
Instruments: Drums
I specifically make a plan for each student based on their need and goals. Unless the student has specific requests, I go over all the fundamental characteristics that a drummer need to have in order to play music, such as technique, time keeping, reading, and so on so forth. No matter what level or age the student is, play and study music has always to be enjoyable and fun. It's really important that the student feels always comfortable and relaxed in order to express himself at the best in every situation. Read More
Instruments: Voice
I am classically trained, so my teaching methods are in line with the classical method. For all beginner students, we work on breath control and tone to start before concentrating on song repertoire. Once the student is comfortable and producing good sound, we then start to look at material suited the student's voice. I try to keep lessons fun and engaging, whilst also making sure good technique is being harnessed. Read More

My teaching experience is rather diverse. I started teaching private lessons thirty years ago and I always loved sharing what I knew with others. I've never stopped teaching private lessons, but I've also taught group lessons and music classes in private schools, I've taught adult classes and I've taught college classes at two schools in New Jersey. I like to combine fundamentals of music with showing students what I'm currently up to with the main goal of getting the student to be able to play what he or she wants to as soon as possible.
