From there, we move into warm-ups, and will adjust vowels to find resonant spaces. For beginning students I usually start with Hal Leonard's beginning guitar. But if they want to just play music, I will als teach them how to read tabs and chord charts. This enables the student to start playing songs right away. As the student progresses I will give them solo music pieces as well, songs and exudes to use for performance. I began giving lessons after graduating from high school in 2017 and continued offering lessons both in-person and online when I went off to study at the University of the Pacific's Conservatory of Music. After graduating, I spent about 5 months working with my local Guitar Center offering lessons to people of all ages and in a variety of genres and styles.
