I started to teach novice piano players while I was an undergraduate student at Cleveland Institute of Music. Practice is ideal for each student. I encourage my students in their practicing. Progress will be made most quickly by those students who maintain the recommended practicing time (1 hour per day). Parents are also encouraged to be involved in their students practice. I like to emphasize a consistent schedule of practice, so that this helps the student progress in their studies. I dont have a dogmatic, one size fits all approach; rather, I adjust to each individual student and his or her own needs. I continued teaching in France where I taught privately and at the "Rhythm School" studio. I am truly passionate about teaching not only because I love sharing my knowledge with my students. It also inspires me as a musician and I learn so much from my students and the teaching process .
