I try to encourage the students to practice without being told to do so. With that comes a joy of doing it on your own and for themselves not for anyone else. She received her Master of Music degree from the Music Conservatory of Purchase College in 2011 and her B.A. in music performance from SUNY Geneseo in 2005. I decided early on to become a musician and pursued this goal through my education. I started piano at age 8 and continued with them for the next 15 years. I also studied trumpet from elementary school through high school. After finishing my studies I began teaching to supplement my income. It would go on to be a full time profession. I love to pass on my knowledge of the art to other generations in the way that my five teachers did for me. Read More
