After 6 mounts of having lessons with the same kids I am offering them to perform in front of there parents, friends and neighbors. I teach the basics first. I show my student how to hold the bow and the violin in detail. I explain that it will be awkward to hold the bow in correct position because it is unusual for person to hold the right hand that way.
