Once the students have a grasp on the fundamentals, they will then move on to solo repertoire for their first recital performance. i always love to see my students reach a goals on the lessons and i don't believe in "i can't do it", if you can dream it, you can see it, and if you can see it you can do it!. i always believe that the everybody can play an instrument if you say that is not for you, that is just a sign that you just need more practice that other people , i already teach a kid to play violin and also a grandma to sing and play guitar at the same time i think everything is posible you jus need practice over and over again until you make it. At Suffolk College, I played saxophone, which lead to starting a rb band with some of my fellow musicians on campus.
