Im a multi faceted musician with particular expertise and passion for jazz. I am an HBCU graduate and am proud of it. I recently completed my masters in Jazz Studies at the University of Arkansas at Monticello on full scholarship as a teaching assistant. I consider myself up and coming in the music world and have been blessed to have unique experiences as a performer and leader such as playing at the Midwest Clinic in Chicago or being a section leader in the Marching Wildcats of B-CU. I am a 21 year old musical performer, educator, and composer residing in New Smyrna Beach. I started playing the Flute when I was 11 and the Saxophone when I was 12. After only a few months of playing both instruments I knew I wanted to study and teach music for a living, so in high school I got involved in multiple music competitions, out-of-school performances, and other extracurriculars. After the past few years of intense practicing and studying in college, Ive had the privilege of playing the Flute in performances with the Orlando Symphony Orchestra, performing Jazz on Saxophone at the Orlando Museum of Art, and frequently attending recording sessions with some of the top musicians in Central Florida.
