I began teaching lessons in Texas in 2012 and have been since. My first major success as a teacher came in 2015 when I had a trumpet student of mine make the Texas ATSSB All-State Jazz Band. In my lessons, I push a strong routine of consistent practice to help improve endurance and stamina. He has been a teaching artist at the Aspen Music Festival where he taught and managed a private studio of local students in the Roaring Forks Area. He also taught at local high schools in San Francisco, CA.He currently resides in Cincinnati where he teaches as much as possible!
