I have spent the past three years living in Miami where I completed my Masters Degree in music education. During this time I was an active trumpet player in south Florida playing with orchestras, brass bands, jazz groups, and quite regularly latin bands due to the popularity of salsa/latin styles in that region. My Bachelors degree was completed in 2006 at the Univeristy of Delware. I am from Brazil and in 2014 I graduated from Sao Paulo University with a bachelor in music education. In addition, I studied trumpet at Sao Paulo Municipal Conservatory from 2015 to the end of 2017. Recently, I got approved as a graduate student in performance at Florida Atlantic University. I was trumpet lead in the symphonic band of the Sao Paulo Municipal Conservatory, and I did participations in various musical groups like Young Symphonic Band From Sao Paulo State, Guarulhos Young Orchestra, Orchestra USP Philharmonic, and also I was trumpet player in a female HipHop band form 2014 to 2017. This is very important for me because when they achieve their goals, then they are happy and want more of that.
