My teaching experience began in 2009 when I played in a marching band of concourse in Brazil. After one year as a trumpet player the conductor ask me to teach the beginner students. I taught there about two years and I am proud to say that two of my students followed the music career, and one of them is getting graduate at Sao Paulo University in music education. This is very important for me because when they achieve their goals, then they are happy and want more of that. I have spent the past three years living in Miami where I completed my Masters Degree in music education. During this time I was an active trumpet player in south Florida playing with orchestras, brass bands, jazz groups, and quite regularly latin bands due to the popularity of salsa/latin styles in that region. My Bachelors degree was completed in 2006 at the Univeristy of Delware.
