I have enjoyed teaching both private and group music classes for over 15 years. I teach piano and violin . I teach a range of music styles from classical to folk to Mariachi Music. I received my degree from Loyola Marymount University. I have been a member of the Junior Philharmonic, Orchestra of California, Loyola Marymount University Orchestra and Beach Cities Symphony. Once the students made progression in basic fundamentals, I use the Suzuki Methods Books and Solo for Young Violinists by Barbara Barber. Along with that, I introduce the students to the chamber music so that the students learn to play with others. I love to help new students from the ages of  4-99  in learning the joys of playing an instrument or instruments that they are going to enjoy.
