For the more advanced player, I introduce them to the "Rose 40 Etudes" book and prepare them for solo, and ensemble repertoire. The goal in every lesson is to keep it fun and engaging. I encourage all students in every level to practice regularly, and keep a notebook of their progress in lesson that they will use as a reference in their practice sessions. Same year I started attending to Lyrical Singing Lessons with another very known composer and opera singer, Mario Rocha. I performed with both clinics in the capital city and many other cities around the country for years but I kept it persistent with Lyrical Singing. I received private lessons for guitar for around five to six years and then started giving them myself at the institution.
