I’m always eager to meet new faces and enjoy sharing my gift with others who are passionate about learning music. I have never liked the dreaded term "homework". I however will now focus on solely fundamentals and will try to include in songs that the student would like to learn as long as it is in the bounds of reality, the lessons I provide are only part of the equation and the real work is what is put in after the lesson. My teaching experience dates back to 2014, when I began teaching private piano lessons at a non-profit organization in Key West, Florida. This was what I looked forward to every week at the time and have learned so much about what it means to be a mentor and teacher on top of being a performer. At this location, I have worked with up to 20 students that were enrolled in free music education, as it may have not been available to them privately at an affordable cost. Read More

My teaching experience dates back to my college days, as I began teaching private lessons part time. I have been consistently teaching students since 2018. Encouraging regular practice on a consistent schedule is one of the key points I like to emphasize for younger students, as it tends to help the student progress and gain a passion for the instrument. I've also found that a combination of classical and modern music can go a long way in helping students enjoy the piano and motivate them to practice and continue to learn. Read More
