The office was always dimly lit. Shelves of well read books and yellowed ripped sheet music lined the walls. The entire room had a smell of old paper, years of rosin buildup in the corners, and the smell of varnish from the short row of school instruments that students could borrow behind the tiniest teacher desk I had ever seen. I am a passionate and motivated teaching artist who enjoys working with children and adults. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Music at Loyola University New Orleans in the fall of 2017. Performing chamber music, playing in Orchestra, and special events for weddings and corporate events have been an exciting part of my life as a musician.
