I graduated from the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory in 2018 with a Bachelors degree in Music Therapy. I studied percussion primarily in college, but also studied voice and piano during my time at Baldwin Wallace. During my undergraduate career, I performed with the Baldwin Wallace Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Baldwin Wallace Orchestra, and Baldwin Wallace Percussion Ensemble. I've performed recently with the Toledo Symphony Orchestra as a section percussionist, and I frequently play drum set with a band that plays for corporate events, private parties, and concert series. I teach musical skills through the use of contemporary music while enforcing traditional concepts. I love to share the joy of playing drums with students of any level or age! For beginning students who are children, I start with some simple rhythmic concepts and some easy sight reading. When they have established some fundamentals on the set, I can teach them how to play a song that they love or different grooves that they will enjoy playing. Read More
