I started teaching in 2012, I took some time off after school and traveled to Shanghai-China. There I taught at Rubato Music, a private music studio. I gave lessons to children and adults, had my first experience introducing the instrument to novice students. I took notes from colleague and learned from more experienced teachers on ways to better explain/demonstrate lesson material. I grew up with classical music playing violin since the age of 4 and then changed instrument to saxophone at the age of 12. I studied jazz and saxophone at The Rhytmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen and The New School of Music in New York. I also play trumpet, guitar, bass, piano, drums, and more. I also write for symphony orchestra and produce electronic music.
