Using diagrams helps to put the instructors words into a more visual format. Every student starts or resumes classes at different levels. My job is to recognize that level and proceed accordingly. I like my students to be able to learn and progress at the rate they can or want to. Letting students let you know what they want to learn and at what pace, helps the student as well as the teacher in that progress.
