I am a graduate of the Boston z conservatory with a degree in both violin and piano. I have oergormed at thr White House numerous times and in additionition have performed at Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center, Paris, London, Wales, Rome,Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Vatican for the Pope amongst many other places. My teaching experience began 16 years ago. I worked in many private schools and studios. I was able to learn how to work with groups, with childrens of different ages and with adults. I tought voice tecnique, classic guitar, electric guitar and music theory. I also guided music ensembles. 12 years ago I opened my own Voice Studio in Buenos Aires. For beginners, I usually start with John Thompson's Easiest Piano Course. Then, I progress onto Dozen a Day, and finally Hanon and Czerny. For the advanced students, I start right from Hanon and Czerny, and go onto Burgmuller. If there is time, I will add on Rebikov for hand separation practice. Repertoire is often chosen based on the student's ability at the time. I will most likely start with repertoire from Easy Classics to Modern, and later add on repertoire that matches the student's style (such as jazz or R&B). Read More

I believe that a good musician is a well-rounded musician, and an understanding of music theory and history is important to a thorough understanding of the music. Knowing that all students begin at different levels and progress at different paces, I cater lessons to each individual student's capabilities. So, although I have age specific methods, I realize there are exceptions that I need to identify. I also believe that piano should be rewarding and fun, so I make sure to highlight capabilities and give ability specific goals to improve. Following the studies of rudiments, i will teach them about note values and reading music notation.
