I have been playing in original and cover bands for 30 years and I currently perform as a guitarist, keyboardist, and vocalist in a cover band that I founded in 1999. The most important element is to keep the student focused through the entire class. For early ages I usually use playing, singing, exploring the instrument before reading the book.
