He received his Bachelor of Music in vocal performance from the University of Arkansas – Little Rock of Music where he was the recipient of Stella Boyle Smith Scholarship and many awards for his distinctive musicality. His most recent operatic stage performances have included: Bartolo (Barber of Seville), Marcello (La Boheme), Silvio (Pagliacci), Le Philosophe (Cherubin), Figaro (Le Nozze di Figaro), Danilo (Merry Widow), Don Giovanni (Don Giovanni), Dulcamara (L‘Elisir D’amore), Sharpless (Madame Butterfly), Baron Duphol (La Traviata), Count Almaviva (Le Nozze di Figaro), and Musicklehler & Harlekin(Ariadne auf Naxos) Jinho is also in demand as a choral conductor and soloist. I have performed with orchestral, Church, Jazz, Band and Chamber Music ensembles in Cleveland Ohio and Detroit,MI. I studied at the Cleveland Institute of Music with Linda Muhlert(Frumker). I also had some lessons with Myron Bloom of the Cleveland Orchestra. In the Southfield Symphony Orchestra, I performed next to Bryan Kennedy of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra as 2nd horn on the Maurice Ravel Mother Goose Suite. I performed in a horn quartet with James McHard,AliceMchard and Frank Hussey. Read More
