I opened a small music studio in September of 2017, with some borrowed lesson books and just a few students. Since then, my studio has doubled, and my students have shown consistent progress. As an instructor, I don't merely teach concepts, pieces, and theory; I teach my students strategies to problem solve, overcome challenges, practice effectively, and become lifelong learners. While studying music at Umass Lowell, I taught for two years at the local music store, University Music. There, I worked with a diverse array of students from toddlers to adults, many of whom spoke english as their secondary language. In 2022, I graduated with my Masters of Music in Vocal Performance from Binghamton University. Over the past ten years, I have spent time performing on stage in concerts, operas, and musical theatre.
