A violinist since age six, I initially majored in violin performance and later music education at Wichita State University, where I performed in the Wichita State University Symphony Orchestra. Highlights from my time here include performing with the band Kansas and with the St. Petersburg String Quartet at Carnegie Hall. In the first lessons, I explain the the beginner students the basic functionality of the instruments, the proper way to hold the instruments, how to produce a clear sound from the instruments and a Major scale ascending and descending, the one from which the first lessons or the next lessons is written. If the students already had books from prior music instructor, we pick up from the last lessons after answering questions t o make sure the students thoroughly understand the lessons from the previous chapters and he or she is ready to proceed to the next lessons. I graduated from Yerevan State Conservatory with a Master's Degree as concert performer and teacher as well as received a diploma with the highest distinction as a concert performer and teacher for violin .While I studied at Yerevan State Conservatory,I was the first violinist of the Chamber Orchestra of Yerevan State Conservatory as well as the first violinist of Yerevan State Conservatory's Quartet.I then continued my Postgraduate Studies at Yerevan State Conservatory.I also received a Certificate from the International Academy D'Art Musical in Paris,France.In the International Festival "Semaines Musicales de Tours" I received the 1st Prize in 2000 and 2001.I have also received a number of diplomas from International Violin Competition in Italy,Poland,Finland and Switzerland.
