I am a passionate and excited violin instructor with extensive experience teaching children of all ages and skill levels. I have been studying and performing the violin for over 20 years. In 2015, I earned a degree in violin performance from UC San Diego where I performed in the La Jolla Symphony and part of the UC San Diego Chamber Ensembles. I have privately taught students from ages five to 56. Since I recently came out of college, I have about one year of experience teaching students part time. I also have experience teaching groups of elementary school students the violin. I encourage students to practice a certain number of hours every day according to his or her playing level. My students are encouraged to enter recitals and competitions so they can feel more accomplished and motivated to learn. Read More
