I have been teaching private lessons since 2006 and love doing so. For younger students, I typically begin with stage presence. I mostly focus on stage presence with all of my students regardless of age but usually always with younger students. I find that younger students sometimes have such huge talent and voices but don’t quite know how to perform in a way that fully demonstrates their true ability. Piano Students: I work only with beginners and I use Suzuki Method supplemented with songs of the student's choice. Voice Students:While the basis for my vocal technique is rooted in the classical Bel Canto tradition, my students do not end up having a "classical" sound (unless that is what they want).
