I spend my time volunteering alot and I have an executive board position in my schools chapter for the National Association of Music Education. Read More

Instruments: Voice
Each student is VERY different. Their pacing will be different, their level of experience will be different, the genres that they want to learn will be different, etc. Because of this, my teaching style will vary for each specific student. For my students first lesson, I will get to know them as a person and understand how they learn. I will also ask them to prepare a song of their choice for me to listen to. Read More

Its important for me to know what the student is interested and what they want to get out of the lessons, and specifically what repertoire they would like to work on, and from there we can work on a plan moving forward. Originally being a self-taught musician, I began with piano and harmonica, then eventually branched out to guitar, bass, banjo, among several others. I have ran sound equipment from an early age as well, learning how to set rigs for full bands and how to mix and master tracks for recording purposes. I have met and played with many famous and unfamous musicians, and find that the highest amount of talent is undiscovered and uncultivated. Read More
