Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire. For adults, I try to find out what the student is interested in, and guide my instruction accordingly to keep the lessons engaging and fun, no matter their ability level. I love working with students of all ages! In 2018, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy from Charleston Southern University and have been teaching ever since. I grew up traveling with my older siblings who are all musicians, and we would perform all over for concerts, weddings, social events, churches, and more.
