With each new student, I assess their abilities and goals. From this information, I will make a decision reagrding which method I will use to teach the students their instrument. As lessons progress, the curriculum becomes more challenging. Depending on each students abilities and goals, I will most likely one of the following methods: Faber, Alfred, John Thompson, or Suzuki. As the only student to play piano and have a classical background in voice, I was the go-to-guy when people needed help. I was the Concert Choir section leader in College and found leadership and spreading my love for music to be exhilarating! I have a year of teaching Chorus in the Guilford public school system. I also have musical theater experience.
