Strong vocal development is rooted in an extensive understanding of healthy technique. Depending on the level and age of the student we will spend anywhere from a third to half of the lesson working on vocal exercises, which will aid in the student's foundation of developing a strong technical background. I am a multi-instrumentalist, having played piano (classical and pop/rock/blues and more) for 25 years, guitar and vocals for 17 years, and various other instruments including mandolin, banjo, blues and folk harmonica, bass guitar, 12-string guitar for over 10 years.
